Low stock: 6 left
These simple stud earrings are inspired by the beautiful St. Kateri Tekakwitha.
Saint Kateri Tekakwitha lived during the early days of the American frontier in the 17th century. Even as a child, she possessed a deep faith and unwavering devotion to God, navigating the complexities of her Algonquin and Mohawk heritage. Born as a daughter of the chief the Turtle Clan, her true path lay in her love for Jesus Christ. She famously crafted simple wooden crosses in the quiet of the forest to create hidden sanctuaries for prayer, embracing a life of profound grace before passing away at a very young age.
Saint Kateri made history by becoming the first Native American woman to be canonized a saint. Known beautifully as the "Lily of the Mohawks," her legacy is tied to the beauty of creation, reflected in the earth, the sky, and the waters. Today, she continues to inspire countless people as a powerful patroness of the environment and Indigenous communities!
These simple square brass earrings are lead and cadmium free and nickel safe. Each square bezel is filled with turquoise resin (the earrings measure ~20mm across).
These earrings arrive in a square kraft earring box, on branded earring cards, and with a small 2x3.5 inch holy card featuring our original art for Saint Kateri Tekakwitha.
