I have a confession to make - I can be scatterbrained. Maybe it comes with being an artist? In any case, I often choose the wrong file when I print our Titles of Mary posters. This results in a surplus of posters and prints that feature our beautiful design without the Title of each figure below her representation. This may not be a worry for you, and in that case, I hope you enjoy a deeply discounted misprint!

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are completed and ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary. The checkout page will give the most accurate estimate available. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

In some cases, yes! If your item was ordered in the last 24 hours, there is a good chance we can make manual alterations to your order. Please email me as soon as possible: maryclaire@12thandblossom.com. If your order has already shipped or if it has been more than 24 hours since the order was placed, a change or cancellation may not be possible.

 

What do I do if my package is damaged or my order is incomplete?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Take photos of the package and items you received so that we can have them on record.

 

Can I return what I ordered?

Absolutely. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to return the item and receive a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Do you share my information? 

Absolutely not. Your information is never shared with third parties. We will only use your information to contact you about your order.

    Most items ship within 48 hours of purchase. Certain items, like t-shirts, are sent through a third party; this is noted in product descriptions. We're happy to ship orders over $30.00 for free in the United States.
