Lourdes - Dangle Earrings

Saint Bernadette was just 14 years old when Our Lady appeared to her eighteen times over six months in 1858 in Lourdes, France. 

Mary identified herself as the Immaculate Conception and asked Bernadette to dig with her hands on a certain spot. Water began to bubble up from the earth and Bernadette was instructed to drink from the spring. Mary requested that a church be built on that spot and that others should drink from the water. 

A church still stands in Lourdes, visited by 1,000,000 pilgrims each year, many of whom have experienced miraculous healing in the spring water. 

These hypoallergenic earrings are handmade and feature blue and white resin, representing Mary's purity and the gown that St. Bernadette described when Our Lady appeared to her at Lourdes. The resin is surrounded by a gold plated alloy bezel oval ring (measuring ~60mm from top to bottom and ~14mm across). Due to the handmade nature of these earrings, small variations may occur.

These earrings arrive in a microsuede pouch, on branded earring cards, and with a small 2x3.5 inch holy card featuring our original art for Our Lady of Lourdes.
