Our Lady of Sorrows is a title that reminds us of Mary's deep compassion and her sharing in the suffering of her Son, Jesus. Depicted with a heart pierced by seven swords, she stands as a symbol of enduring love and resilience in the face of great sorrow. In turning to Our Lady of Sorrows, we find comfort in knowing that Mary understands our pain and intercedes for us with a mother's heart, offering strength and hope in our most difficult moments.
The matching earrings (Light Blue Sapphire Rhinestones, set in an antique brass setting) are teardrop-shaped to call to mind Mary's tears. All of our earrings hooks are lead free and hypoallergenic.
This portrait is 5x7, printed on high quality Finestra art paper.
The matching earrings measure 1.5" from the top of the hook to the base of the teardrop, with the teardrop measuring 0.5".
