Mot orders are completed and ready to ship in 2-4 business days. Shipping times vary. The checkout page will give the most accurate estimate available.
In some cases, yes! If your item was ordered in the last 24 hours, there is a good chance we can make manual alterations to your order. Please email me as soon as possible: maryclaire@12thandblossom.com. If your order has already shipped or if it has been more than 24 hours since the order was placed, a change or cancellation may not be possible.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Take photos of the package and items you received so that we can have them on record.
Absolutely. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to return the item and receive a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Most items ship within 48 hours of purchase. Certain items, like t-shirts, are sent through a third party; this is noted in product descriptions. We're happy to ship orders over $50.00 for free in the United States.
Of course, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If there is any problem with your order, please reach out to us within two weeks of receipt for a speedy refund or exchange.
