These nickel free stud earrings are handmade and feature a beautiful sage green resin, surrounded by a gold plated alloy bezel teardrop ring (measuring 22mm from top to bottom, and 14mm from side to side, at its widest points). 

Due to the handmade nature of these earrings, small variations may occur.

How quickly will my order ship?

Mot orders are completed and ready to ship in 4-5 business days. Shipping times vary. The checkout page will give the most accurate estimate available. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

In some cases, yes! If your item was ordered in the last 24 hours, there is a good chance we can make manual alterations to your order. Please email me as soon as possible: maryclaire@12thandblossom.com. If your order has already shipped or if it has been more than 24 hours since the order was placed, a change or cancellation may not be possible.

 

What do I do if my package is damaged or my order is incomplete?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Take photos of the package and items you received so that we can have them on record.

 

Can I return what I ordered?

Absolutely. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to return the item and receive a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Do you share my information? 

Absolutely not. Your information is never shared with third parties. We will only use your information to contact you about your order.
