Our Lady of Lourdes is a title ascribed to the Virgin Mary based on her apparitions to a young girl named Bernadette Soubirous in the town of Lourdes, France, in 1858. During these apparitions, Mary identified herself as the Immaculate Conception and directed Bernadette to a healing spring. Lourdes has since become a significant pilgrimage site, attracting millions seeking spiritual solace and physical healing.

    How quickly will my order ship?

    Orders are completed and ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary. The checkout page will give the most accurate estimate available. 

     

    Can I change or cancel my order? 

    In some cases, yes! If your item was ordered in the last 24 hours, there is a good chance we can make manual alterations to your order. If your order has already shipped or if it has been more than 24 hours since the order was placed, a change or cancellation may not be possible.

     

    What do I do if my package is damaged or my order is incomplete?

    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Take photos of the package and items you received so that we can have them on record.

     

    Can I return what I ordered?

    Absolutely. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to return the item and receive a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
