In some cases, yes! If your item was ordered in the last 24 hours, there is a good chance we can make manual alterations to your order. If your order has already shipped or if it has been more than 24 hours since the order was placed, a change or cancellation may not be possible.
What do I do if my package is damaged or my order is incomplete?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Take photos of the package and items you received so that we can have them on record.
Can I return what I ordered?
Absolutely. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to return the item and receive a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
